withdrawal /error /6.5 months of waiting

Hello, I will describe here a situation that has been ongoing since June 11, 2025.

That day I made a withdrawal 19076PED on 2025-06-11 where an error occurred and withdrawal was not displayed on the official webside (and the PED were removed from my character) , I immediately make wrote to support( case )

I received a message from support saying that the payment has not been lost and that support is working on resolving the issue to help me.

the case is still ongoing, Support replied twice during those months. The last information wat i get was : "They apologize that the matter is taking so long and will be resolved within the next week." t that was 2025-10-20 At this point, the matter is still ongoing. I have not received any help/money in my account, or PED on my avatar.

Is there anyone who could help me? or had a similar situation

My playing style was based on > withdrawal > deposit > boxes > playing > repeat

And because of all this, I can't play, and nothing has happened for x months. I don't know exactly what to do.

It would be nice if someone could help.

Sorry to hear that, it definitely shouldn't be that difficult to get information about your withdrawal.

Hello, I just received a reply from support (2026-01-09) i got peds back in game balance + i just made the withdrawal. Everything went well this time.
I also received confirmation that my withdrawal will be made sooner (expedited immediately) due to delays and inconveniences.

I’m sure that this being a new fiscal year is just coincidence

If peds were returned, then it is likely bank information was wrong. Assumption though, based on others' experience.

More importantly, that notification should have been made available to the player in a professional way and all this time should not have passed by.
