Team Rocktropia, welcome to the WoF.

If you have not already done so, elect a Captain.

If the Captain has not already done so, please post your current Main Team list and PM me the same.

There are 2 weeks until the first Qualifying matches. Your team needs to score as highly as they can in two separate hunts, on two separate moblists, in order to qualify for the main tournament.

The FIRST QUALIFYING HUNT will be for three hours on the moblist below.

Main Team size: 4.
Support Teams: Unlimited, but Support Scoring is capped at 100 points before end-of-match bonuses (Sweep, Variety).



TIMESLOTS:​

As usual there are a choice of times to play. As the first hunt will be the first qualifying match there is no requirement to contact other teams.

I will be there with the Judges that can make it, please arrive in good time for your hunt.

Main Team required in full (4 members) to team with the Judge, or, if not enough Judges are available, for linking to FriendsLists for Pm contact.

Support Teams need not attend, but if teams wish to keep a pm link with the Judge for scoring, they may.

Qualifier B will be Metal Weekend (Robot Stage), to be held in two weeks time. Moblist announced Monday evening.

Everyone else, PLEASE show up for support teams, Dilly will be managing logistics for support on support mobs for tomorow's hunt.

If you prefer to do your own thing but still want to support Team Rocktropia, its really easy to do.

Make a team named "WOF Rocktropia Support 2012" and add all your friends to it, then hunt the mobs on the support list and try to get as many globals in those 3hrs as you possibly can.

Support Mobs are,

Support:

Shinkiba (Any maturity) 4
Frescoquda (Any maturity) 3
Atrax (Any maturity) 2
Prancer (Any maturity) 1

Bonus:

Nexnecis (Any maturity): 25 points (can only be scored once, but this mob is KEY, we NEED a global by support(or main) on this mob. If you choose to hunt Nexnecis watch for globals, once a Rocktropia Support team has globaled on this mob, then move on to the other 4 support mobs and score as many globals as you can.

Well, only 5 hours to go now!

Thank you to everyone who is coming tonight, we should have a fun time, win or lose!

Main teamers need to be at Sissapahaw Water Treatment plant at least 10 minutes before the start. Support teamers should ideally be right by the mobs, so you can hunt them right from the start.

Narfi (Narfi Hungry Willem) is coordinating the main team campaign, and I (Erkle dilly Dillyston) am in charge of support.

It would be nice if we could all meet up before hand for a team talk, inspirational speeches, tea and biscuits. For all those who can make it we will meet at Treasure Island Castle TP at 18.00. This will also be an opportunity for support teamers who do not already have a team to join one.

Those who are planning on running a support team MUST have the words 'WOF' and 'ROCKTROPIA' in your team name, otherwise your globals will not count. I will be running a support team open to anyone. If you cannot make it to the pre-match meeting and do not have a team you can add me on the player register, and I will add you to the team.

1500 in the morning! (evidently Poland thinks its easier for me to get up at 6am on a saturday than for them to stay up till midnight on a saturday :/ )

Support teams please meat at Billys Spaceship Afterworld at 14:30MA time, that is 7:30pacific, 10:30 Eastern times.

Main team knows what they are doing, so if you are supporting main team please contact your leader an hour before the match.

Hi Team ROCKTropia, we haven't recieved any word of a confirmed time so now the only slots this weekend are those already picked (meaning Judges will be there):

19:00 Saturday (Today)

and

13:00 Sunday (Tomorrow)


If either of these times can be confirmed with your opponents then just show up and announce your presence to the Judges.


If an agreement cannot be reached by 13:00 Sunday, there is the possibility of playing your final TWO matches next weekend, although that involves 6 hours from both teams in one weekend.

Failure to complete the match either this weekend or next will result in a score of 0 for both teams, which will not aid your Stage total.

Let me know what you decide.

Please enter WITH SCREENSHOTS in the WoF Screenshot Thread, showing ALL FOUR GLOBALS, TEAM LIST, TIME/DATE and if possible, LOCATION. Multiple entries allowed, mystery prizes awarded to TOP 3 Support Teams at the Final. Support Teams MUST be attached to a WoF team and scored during a WoF match (i.e. no "WoF Barnsley" or "WoF Atlantis").
