Last Date for Team Registration (Starting a Team) and Captain Selection: Feb 24th.

The Hunts:

Stage One: Qualifier A

All Teams

March 7th/March 8th


Stage Two: Qualifier B

All Teams

March 21st/March 22nd


Stage Three: Group Stage A

24 Qualified Teams

Round One: April 4th/April 5th

Round Two: April 11th/12th/April 25/26th (split over Easter)

Round Three: May 2nd/3rd


Stage Four: Group Stage B

12 Leading Teams

Round One: May 16th/17th

Round Two: June 6th/7th (Moved for LG)

Round Three: June 13th/14th


Stage Five: Semi-Final

Times for each match will be decided as before, from a list of available slots over each weekend/day of a hunt, to suit different time zones. I thank you in advance for your flexibility in these arrangements that makes our job as judges so much easier:)

The Rules at the beginning of the WoF Rules and Info Thread have now been comprehensively updated and should include all you need to know.

The Hunt Team (Scoring Members of the Main Team) for this Stage will be a maximum of 4 members.

Please show up at least 10 minutes before the start and get all the team-forming out of the way in good time for a clean start.

Confirmed Hunt Timeslots so far:

Slot A:

Australia, Sweden, Italy

Slot B:

Portugal, England, Finland, Denmark

Slot C:

Poland, Romania, Norway, America, Scotland, Wales, France, Ireland, Estonia, Slovenia, Amethera

Slot D:

Canada

Slot E: No-one yet.

Teams yet to confirm: China, Eudoria, Netherlands, Greece, Czech Republic

Any teams yet to choose should PM me as soon as possible with your decisions. Slot C is now Closed.

As a final note, in case anyone missed it; the Big Bulks are expected to land at an undisclosed location East of Twin Peaks on the days of the Hunts.

It is technically full right now.

But if there is no other solution reachable in time, I'll allow another match there. It's more important to get the Matches played than any other consideration.

Please could we have a confirmation as to Slot Times for Round 3. In a PM from our Captain we were told Slot B was 16.00 MA yet Norway say it's 17.00 MA and the match is confirmed at that time so we're a bit confused :silly2:

i know that, but slot's times havnt changed since the start of WoF, unless they did since last weekend? :scratch2:

That's where the confusion lies. As far as we were aware, the slots remain the same for this week. But Norway's time of 1700 doesn't fit in to any normal slot.
 
I presume Norway got confused about the time. The match is indeed on for Slot B, which is 1600 MA time to the best of my knowledge.

i know Ametheras Fights against Denmark and France are yet to confirm:

we had slot C confirmed for denmark in the night the Hamster died, but this week denmark will fight Poland in slot C.

I cant find info about when frances second fight is this week. Team Amethera prefers timeslot C for that now.

Our new suggestion for the fight against Denmark are B or D.

In case of problems Amethera is flexible between B,C and D for any of the 2 fights, so there is no problem if we just can have some communication!

Hi, I've posted in the French Thread, so they are aware of the need to confirm. If they do not respond by Friday Night (I'm sure they will, the Forum has been down for nearly a day and things take time etc) then the match will take place at a time of your choosing.

What is needed:

Australia Vs Greece: Australia are currently in the most secure position in the Tournament, although Greece need at least 356 more points than Canada (in their match against France), and surmount France's total score also (currently 152 points ahead) to remain in the WoF.

Romania Vs Italy: Romania are 110 points behind England for the top position in their group, while Italy need to win by 364 points (and also beat Scotland's final score) to progress. Romania are 173 points ahead of Scotland.

Sweden Vs Poland: Sweden are 37 points behind Portugal and need to find this difference if they are to progress. Poland have an unenviable task of trying to find 337 points more than Portugal (in their match against America) to remain in the Tournament.

America Vs Portugal: America will keep their top spot in this group if they maintain their 141 point lead over Portugal. Portugal will be hoping for a score at least 37 points higher than Sweden (in their match against Poland) to continue.

Canada Vs France: Canada will want to retain the top 2 position in their group, and France need to out-score them by 204 points to take their place.

England Vs Scotland: England will be fighting to keep their top spot in the group while Scotland require 173 more points than Romania (in their match against Italy) to progress, and also maintain their lead over Italy (193 points ahead).

well for Greece is the last game today!the wof is over for us...we can't continue because 1 many players stop play this unfair game or many stay only for the wof,but he main reason is THE SUMMER!!many they will be on holidays and no one for us want to stay in home and play entropia!

For those teams that fell short: Thanks for an exciting run! It is unfortunate that with the end of each Stage, half our teams are eliminated... but such is tournament battle. There were 0 no shows for Stage 4.3 and for that you should all be applauded. Everyone fought to the end.
