That's right, teams of ANY SIZE are welcome to register for the WoF which now has an EXTENDED Qualifying period. Hunt the Qualifying Moblist (Stage One) either NEXT weekend, the weekend AFTER, or BOTH if you think your score needs improving.

Then a week off,

Then Two weekends of Qualifier Stage Two done the same way.

ALSO: Smaller teams should know that a NEW AWARD for MOST POINTS PER PERSON (including support) IN ANY SINGLE HUNT is on the cards for this year; a substantial reward for PUNCHING ABOVE YOUR WEIGHT. Any team might bag it in any match and the larger teams are unlikely to be the claimants.

Can you elaborate on how the most points will be determined? Just trying to figure out how awards will be decided since when we are in a team it will show the team name on and globals/HOFs.

For each hunt we will have a record of everyone who took part and what they scored. At the least we will have a record of how many people were in Main and Support for any Nation in any hunt.

So if a team with a full Main Team of 4 and 2 x 12-strong support teams scores 280, then 28 people were involved in that score. So you could say the points work out at 10 per person.
If a team with only 3 in their Main Team and a Support team of 4 scored 140, then 7 people were involved and the points work out as 20 per person. The teams with the highest score per person are eligible for this award.

As you can see, the score itself is not important here; just how many points per person it generates.

There have always been complaints that larger teams tend to get the highest scores and reach the Finals. This award is primarily for the smaller teams to strive for as they bid to upset the competition.
Efficient, effective and LUCKY teams are the front runners for this one. A large team might well come first here; but only one with exceptional organisation, and that would deserve a reward just as much.

In addition to above; Team sizes will be the total number of avatars who took the field that hunt for however long a time; they will all be eligible for prizes. This is partly why Support Teams must now check in at the Start Point before scoring; teams who wish to remain a tighter unit will be able to state "Denial Of Assistance (D.O.A. )" which will mean their Judge will not allow "walk-up" or unsanctioned Support Teams to score in their name. This measure also applies for those Nations who wish to keep their team purely National.

Can you please elaborate on the Punching Above your Weight award?

Also, does only one of the weekends count for your country's total score or do they combine?

also, you have drone coordinator set as a main mob. did u possibly have that and drone swapped. as higher gen drone are much higher difficulty mob than corrdinators. Please reconsider this if it wasn't a typo. drone coodinators are a very low lv mob.

It's not been confirmed yet but the award is to get more teams to register and encourage smaller teams to take part. It will probably take the form of something for the top three teams in that category. Screenshots will be required to validate team lists. Results will be decided after close examination of the data after the Tournament.

Only one score counts from the first two weekends (you only need to hunt once if you wish).

Fappers do not need to be in the team unless you wish them to share loot and prizes as members of the Team.

Drone Co-Ordinator is a Main Team mob on purpose, not all Main Team mobs are the hardest ones, nor Support's the easiest. A good range of generations should be on offer.

ANYONE can join a Support Team for ANY TEAM if that team ALLOWS them to help. Main, Support, freelance, anyone.
Any Main team members of NON-qualifying teams are free to join any Qualified team in any capacity. Once Qualified they are more bound to their Team.

For instance say only 5 were sent in on a main team roster then that team qualified, they still have time to fill a 12 man roster for round 1? Then we only have to send 4 names for each qualifying fight I see for main.

Or before round 1 say the 4th week of qualifications main team is finalized?

I am totally lost on this post, just need clarification....

All teams should have a Main Team of up to 12. Captains pick them. Captains pick who hunts when. SO for the Qualifiers, like any other Stage, a Captain picks their hunting team and tells me before the hunt starts. This team have to be from the (up to) 12 they've decided on to be Main Team.

If you qualify, the team stands unless you decide to change it. Notifying me of your team and any changes is just getting into the habit for the Tournament, the sooner I can have this information the easier things are to run.
People can leave, be replaced and spaces can be filled, those whose teams fail to qualify and are knocked out can join any team they like in any capacity. All as long as I am told about it in good time (6 days before the new members next intended engagement). The only restriction is you can't put anyone in your Main Team who's hunted as Main Team for a different qualified Nation. That's what's meant by bound. You can't hunt Main for AAAAA in one stage and BBBBB in another. Only time you can say you've hunted for two main teams in one WOF is if the first ones don't qualify (and another wants you).

Also yes, if you only have a few Main Team members the spaces can be filled at any point.
