K, sweet. But shouldn't this be sticky?

Thorio,Thorofoid,Thorifoid and Thorafoid counts as one group of mob?
Just think thats diffrent mobs.

And does Thorafoid give a PointBonus because they r rare?
they r just easier as any mob of this Group:rolleyes:

Hurrikane,

Is the hard to kill Mob ThorIfoid getting less points than the fairly easy mob ThorAfoid????

All teams start with 0 points or we continue with what we have atm ?:scratch2:

Some replies:

Thorafoids are high scoring because there aren't that many of them and they are surrounded by more difficult relatives. It's also funny to imagine the bag ladies wondering why everyone hates them all of a sudden.

The whole Tribe features partly to avoid the excessive decay seen endured by hunters on Warriors in Stage 2; all the red dots can be targets this way. Also it allows more scope for tactics regarding the Moblist.

Making the high scoring one NOT an Uber mob (like a Dreamer) also gives lesser-skilled teams a more even playing field.

Molisk Leaders have 8 points because they're relatively rare and hard as nails.

The points do not always reflect what you think. They are simply the numbers by which to plan your hunt, based on your overall knowledge of hunting.

All points are back to zero for this Stage.

Points earned in Stage 2 will be recorded for future Records and Tables.

All Subs are now in the Main Teams of up to 12.

If people wish to leave or need to be dropped, they must do it in this Stage (which will take 3 weekends starting 14th April).

Those who wish to sign up for teams can still do so by posting in Hunt For your Country.

After this Stage, you cannot drop members or have members leave;
FOR STAGE 4 AND THE FINAL YOU CAN ONLY ADD MEMBERS UNTIL YOUR TEAM IS FULL.

So, this Stage (3) is for shaping your team for the Final Stages. Try to get as many hunting who want to during your 3 hunts.

Full update by tomorrow night.

I didn't see any mention of team size for this Stage. Is it still 4 or has it been increased?

Still 4. The maximum team size for all stages will be 4. Those who get through to the final have 5 more hunts ahead, so a good number should get to compete. One of the reasons it's set at four has been proven worthwhile; teams (some you wouldn't expect too) that found it hard to field four players for their hunts would be even more dismayed at say, a nine-strong enemy team; four seems a reasonable number that any nation worth it salt should be able to call on most times.

Look forward to the FoF to come, (June) where more chaos can reign (more of a night or two going berserk than a tournament) and full teams of 12 will be running rampant for kicks and Soc glory.

Great moblist mate! I like it.

Ok...I've been on vacation and a bit slow today (ok...slow-er ;)).

Sometimes announcements are made as edits to existing posts, sometimes they are new posts.

I am looking for the hunting times for THIS weekend...the first of the Stage 3 hunts. I've looked around. Are they not up yet or am I just missing them?

Doing them now, and it'll be hard to miss 'em:)

Perhaps I'm blind, but I looked in all the WoF threads now and I can't find any mention of where the Stage 3 matches will start? I assume it is not the same outpost as in Stage 2?

I couldn't find that either...I just assumed it was the same one.

I thought each stage was from a different start location. I think it is Chuggs Hideout this time, yes?

No, the starting point was posted in team threads and is located NE of Fort Ithica if I recall.

Here is the information...

Yes, thank you Black Rain, we know that now. Those posts were made before Hurrikane posted the starting point. :)
