Keeping in mind the tier cost this is expensive compare to a t7 that sold for +24k recently.

Ofc they do else a T0 and a t7 would cost the same. I'm also taking into consideration that TT is returned but the MU is huge on items like this so a 18.5k t3 is not cheap when a T7 sold for 24k.

This is correct, you will hardly ever recoup the tiring costs.
If you take that point of view when looking for an item, you will be looking for a long, long time!

Market says otherwise.. I never said you get all your Costs back but if an item is worth tiering you get a lot of them back. For i2870 that is proven by a 24k t7 just selling when a +18.5k t3 was on the market. Would be stupid to pay 5500ped if the tiers was not worth anything.
