Help: The trophy hunt - cant start the mission

Hello,

im trying to start the mission 'the trophy hunt' to be able to get bukins blade.

I found alex bukin, and i can talk to him, but he only asks me how i am, i can only reply with good thanks

i tried talking to sergeant saana first at the beach but same thing i can only get the question how are u and answer by good thanks

any idea how to start this quest chain?

ps i tried relogging, didnt work ;)

I was able to figure it out with help of entropedia and some ingame friends. The mission for me was in moonbay cove.
 
I never completed this mission. I do have a bukin's blade i bought from auction when it was still tradeable...

Now i'd like one more (nice with 2 for longer hunts). thing is, when i click Alex Bukin nothing happens at all, and at half moon cave the female bukin just ask how i am.

I finished all the missions at camp icarus i could find. I wonder if this is a bug?
