Big Login Difficulties

Lately i have been having big difficulties logging in.
Often i have to try several times to get in due to "connection lost" error, and some days i can't get in at all.

Today it seems hopeless.
I can't understand why cuz my internet works just fine.
(and other worlds load without a glitch)

Am i alone ?

On a Vista machine I sometimes need repeated attempts to log in, but at home on my XP machine and isp no problems.

I have had similar problems too this week.

Nope, it's not happening tonight.
Can't get in so i've sent a support case on it.

I'm realy right now.

I have no other options left than to engage in RL...Scary stuff!!

Think the server is bussy with all the scandinavians having veaction at this time

Try reducing the connection speed out at the client loader options. The only way I can connect is with it set at 128kb, even though my DSL has 3mb down, 512kb up, and nothing else using the bandwidth.

Time for an update.

...since this is still a huge issue.
Along with the help of my ISP there has been a potential culprit located.
They did a trace search between my computer and the Entropia servers
at 64.125.26.73

My computer does 13 jumps befor reaching that adress and most of
them are in the 1-20ms delay range.
What they found though was a particular adress (67.17.162.253) that
was in the 300-600ms range.
I have since then been pinging that adress an gotten even higher times.

So..what now?
Is there a way of directing the traffic around this point?
Make it take some other way?

The connection is so bad that if and when i eventually manage
to get in, the game is totally unplayable.
I get heavy rubberbanding, the fap misses half of the times and doesn't give any heal.
When i fire away 10 shots into a target, 3 makes damage and the other 7
doesn't even leav my gun since they aren't even deducted from my ammo count.
Worst of all, the equipt/unequipt is so bad that it can take me 15-20 seconds to switch between gun and fap, and then the same time back again.
So, needless to say, it's not working.

I'll uppdate this when anything new happends in the matter.
My supportcase is at this point of record breaking length after all
correspondance with MA.

I hope you get it sorted out the same thing was happening to me for a few months because of isp issues. Sometimes I still get dumped off mysteriously off the game and can't connect. I have had 15 missed shots in a row at times and I under stand the frustration usurper. I hope it gets sorted out for you quickly. Good luck.

Finally, I can log in again!
I kicked my old ISP Gavlegårdarna and signed up with ComHem instead since both are available in my appartment, and wow, what a difference!
Everything works soo much smoother and i get ingame with my first try every time now.

I also want to take the chanse to do something unusual.
I'm gonna sent the biggest +REP i can to MA support, they have realy
put in an effort to help me with this.
