Good luck with the sale!!! That price is a VERY good one.... I'd not part with mine for 20k right now.... So, your price is definitely a good one and I'm sure some smart person will snatch this up in no time! :) ML35 is one of the best weapons in game IMHO. :)

Yes, I have taken ML-35s in part exchange for other items on a number of occasions.

As a result, I currently have two to sell.
 
they were tt+2k (when DOA Loudmouth was @ tt+600) and that was a bargain
 
I dont know if you are in a hurry selling but Im pretty sure you will get much better offers than 10K if you wait for economy to bounce up ;)
