First i didn'T realize because i dragged the lootwindow half out of the screen. But suddenly 1k muscle oil popped up in the visible area. I dragged the lootwindow back into screen and saw some shin guards that were definitely not the usual Goblin 
. Was not in a global but nice to see that popping up:
