A very good location, shop sign is visible right after teleporting, served me and previous users well, but lately it hasn't been utilised.

If I get a close enough offer, I'll end the auction instantly or place the offer as SB and start a 72 hour timer on it.
Usual reservations apply (I can withdraw the auction at any time, apart from a situation when a valid offer is made etc.).
