FYI: New tier upgrade formulas thread

Yes, I have unfortunately not been updating the first post nearly as often as I should. Its all my fault. The first post has a counter that indicates the last post that has its formulas in the list. I think presently its about 13-14 behind those posted.

Finally it moved to Teir 5.9. Took from 01-October 2011 to move from Teir 5.4 to 5.9, Got to Teir 5.0 in January 2011. The Teir number for going from 5.0 to 6.0 was 78. Going from 6.0 to 7.0 may even take longer since the Tier number for this is 61. :(
