A newbie tries to mine ( blog)

Run 18

From Now on I will try to use 100 PEDs instead of 50. I am also using a aircraft wich consumes fuel wich I add to the Decay section.

keep up the good work but dont go crazy and start using amps unless you have a solid wallet full of PEDs :silly2:

Thanks, and thanks again. I were actually thinking of starting to use amps, but after I talked with a soc mate I realised that I need a BIG wallet to cover the bad periods wich I dont have at this point :p.

Woot, a global after a small HoF, you're on FIRE now... Don't stop mining :wtg:

By the way, mate. Just a two cents advice for you here. If you find out, that your enmatter's claims are containing more than 50% of size II's claims for 3-5 runs consecutively, then you should beware and switch to ore's run asap... I learnt the lesson and it did paid off well lol

I am not really clear on what you mean. Will the enmatter finds will drop or the ore findings be good since of the high enmatter loot?

Hehe, i make it more simple here lol If your enmatter's runs TT return is less than 50% for the consecutive 3-5 runs, then it's time to switch to ore's runs :)

Since this logging is about ore mining, I will not integrate the numbers to the rest.
I just wanted to try out some ore mining :dunce:.
I think that I might have gone even with the MU:silly2:

I haven't read the whole thread, but perhaps your length of run between drops needs attention. This ought to be twice the detection range of the finder; I use a finder with a detection range of 55m and therefore run 110m between drops.

This matters because you need to avoid overlap as much as possible, IMHO.

I am actually almost doing that I run about 105-9 meters so they overlap just enough to cover the whole area.:)
