not a bad idea... might actually be helpful in case some scam somehow ends up causing an item to get stolen? (well assuming MA doesn't change it again so that the tier rates are even more dynamic then they are now)

Thx for the further info. But the 3.9 is the Tier Level ( which is dynamic as it raises when using it / the Owner upgrades it. ) What we are looking for are the Tier increase rates ( TIR ) the 10 numbers are kinda a fingerprint of an item, and can be used to identify an item, so we might sort out the dupes.

In the same loot as I got the Adjusted SK-20 UL in 2010, there were 2 more UL items:

an UL Emik S30, which has been sold on auction for +41 PED.
and UL Bicak Kek, which has been sold in direct trade for +1500 PED.

I have no clue who I traded them to and who are the current owners of these weapons.
I still own the Adj. SK-20 just for the record

EDIT: Now that I checked my PM's the Bicak Kek went to Thorion thorpie Babylon, no clue if he still has it since it's more than a year ago.
