Probably has the highest Dmg/PEC in game.
IIRC, one shot costs 0.41 pec and while the burst lasts (and it lasts longer than the reload time) you can aim as many targets as you can, the weapon will deal at least min damage of 1.0 to all of them (with occasional misses as any weapon does).
I managed to kill 5 wolves, hitting all of them with every shot, that's about 12 Dmg/PEC.
I don't think there is a built-in limit to the number of targets you can hit with one shot though.
The weapon specs say it does 1.0-2.0 Dmg, that is I guess per target?
I didn't find any better returns using this rifle, but it might be of interest to whose who like to make loot theories, since with this rifle you can choose how much dmg you will deal and compare the results.
