If you're using all eco enhancers & we only pay 50% of decay.
Does that mean the eco goes up to a healthy 12.64 heal/pec?

you pay half the decay. :) no matter weather you request heal enhancers or eco enhancers.

What is that black one? The smuggler? :confused: I've only ever looted gray Gyro FAP's from Arkadia anything...
