For those of you who are not familiar with skill extraction. . . skills, just like anything else in the game have a value. You can sell your skills for peds. As I haven’t found a really good guide to skill extraction I have decided to write my own. In Order to extract skills you need an
1- Empty skill implant ( its looted)
2- Payn-Inc Implant Inserter ( you can buy this from a TT)
Attach the Empty skill implant (ESI) to the Payn-Inc Implant Inserter (Drag and drop). Equip and use.
Note that there will be a 2 ped decay on the Payn-Inc Implant Inserter per extraction, and 10 percent of skills will be lost on each extraction. In order to calculate the TT value of your skill you can visit.

Also note that ESI have a minimum TT value of 10 peds. If you use a 15 ped ESI, extract 3 peds of skill you get:
A 3 ped skill implant + a 12 ped ESI
But if you use a 15 ESI and extract 6 ped of skill you get
A 6 ped skill implant + 9 peds money
With the high MU on ESIs you should be careful not to waste them
