Been skilling for this one for a while now as time and peds allow :D

So happy I got it now, and there will be another skill racking itself up.

Took screenies of skills 2 Argos later, I think the relavent ones are

Rifle - 3112
Handgun - 1490
Laser Weapon Technology - 3584
Anatomy - 3015
Aim - 1086
Marksmanship - 2382
Inflict Range Damage - 1332
Combat reflexes - 1114
Weapons Handling - 1656

I'm getting close myself. I've even taken to actually watching the chat screen a little closer cause I expect it to pop up any time now. LOL
 
interesting.....still around 3.5k LWT or BLP :)

Huge Grats to you. Is it LWT or BLP that unlocks it or is it Rifle or HG? This skill has been eluding me for quite some time now

lol, I have been doing that for about a week, as soon as I turned Skilled Laser Sniper.

For those of you who work it out by the min/max damage thing the stats on the MKII just after I unlocked it are in the pic below :)
