Plumatergus

Description

This warmblooded reptilian is rather birdlike, both in shape and behaviour. A tall crest extends from its back, and is raised in a colorful display when threatened. It feeds mainly on fruit and soft vegetation.

The Creatures section is currently under construction and this process will take some time to complete. The work is being done by volunteers with limited time, so please bear with us while we add the data. If you can provide any information that is currently missing, please post in the thread to let us know.

While this construction period is ongoing, you will be able to access the old Bestiary section which is archived in a sub-forum of the Creatures section. Each mob thread in Creatures contains a link to the relevant Bestiary thread and to the Entropedia page, so if you are looking for information that isn't yet available in the Creatures thread, please use the links provided at the bottom of the first post in the thread.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi,

Seen a provider here yesterday.

Calypso 85500 95600 NW Fort Zeus Young to Old Low Mixed with Berycled

really wish there was an iron mission for em.

You want an iron mission for a mob that no-one hunts and that there is no decent spawn of. Well it wouldn't be the first, I guess.

It would be nice if there where high maturity. Low maturity you find in abundance West of Zeus.

I would grind the higher maturity ones for sure. But thank you for adding it nonetheless, its nice to see more variety coming to LAs now

Despite the fancy advertisement for El Dorado above, the current contents of the LA are so mixed with various mobs you have to kill five mobs to find one Plumatergus. In addition, they are smaller maturities. You will find Argos, Sabakuma, Merps, Exarosaur and Tripudion all standing in your way of hunting Plumatergus.

Short story: As of 2021, don't bother trying this spawn.

As of January 9th, 2021, I am the proud new owner of El Dorado land area (AOL #37). I can't make everyone happy and there may be players who don't want to hunt Plumatergus all day. My land area currently gives players the opportunity to hunt a variety of low-level mobs at just a 3% hunting tax. The configuration of my land area with regards to mob numbers and maturity may change in the near future but until then, I'm just a one-man army and change takes time. If you're not happy with the land area, that's fine, there are many players who may not think like you. I would love to see your land area to see how you manage yours to take notes.

Short story: As of 2021, you can hunt wherever you want, even El Dorado.

sorry for necroing but since the UI update codex rewards from Calypso are now claimable on any planet, and there are very good spawns of good density low AND high maturity Plumatergus on ROCKtropia, on the small island right under Daki Ridge, X marks the spot
