As part of the update it seems they were releasing some new whips, supposedly with some buffs.

Have any of them been discovered yet, and would anyone care to share what they are?

Any feeedback appreciated.

The new adjusted garter has 5% dominance buff, meaning its 5% more effective taming
 
Any UL whips in this update?
 
Interesting, so the buffs will make the whips more efficient...good to know

Any statistics as to which creatures are no tamable at what level?

Hopefully MA is finally implementing something that makes the taming skills actually meaningful.
 
Not more efficient, taming attempts cost nothing and reward with skills. Having an increased chance wouldn't affect efficiency especially when you tame them 99% of the time anyways successfully. It would be useful on more rare pets or hard ones on RT perhaps though.
 
It would affect efficiency in a sense that if you have increased chance of taming you won't have to keep whipping upon failed attempt.
