Hardening Nano Adjuster A01..do they drop ?? and if so..from what ??

I have looted allot of various Nano Adjuster but.. not a single Hardening Nano Adjuster A01 !!

Never seen any at auction so..plz help :)

I have seen them in auction. they are just very rare, I believe that in the last 5 years, only 120 or so have ever been sold through the auction. I believe the bigger robots like Vanguards and Warlocks can drop them but it's a very rare drop.
 
im almost sure i got some from warlocks but that was like 1y ago
