Old rule was 60 + peds global for the 50pecs accumulator

New Rule is all globals count

Density of the youngs on la02 atrox paradise has been reduced for a more pleasent experience :)
 
Another update,
All MINING globals are now added towards the accumulator.
1 peds per global on any of the 3 lands

La40 has Narc, Niks, Lyta, Typo, Growth, Oil

La51 has ZANDERIUM, Adomasite, Dianum, Blaus, Frig, Lyst, Growth, Oil
