Info: ARC Faction Rank 1, Rank 2 and Rank 3 rewards

As the title says,

Can anyone tell me what the rewards are in these Cyrene ARC Faction 3 Ranks
I've been reading everything i could find about them but i mainly find stuff about Rank 1 UL armor that is now a L armor

There used(is) a rifle in Rank 1 also but is it still in there?
And what about Rank 2 and 3, what do they offer and is the new UL armor for Rank 3 already implemented?

I've read this about Rank 3 new armor,
We have in the works for a Rank 3 A.R.C. Faction armor, better stats than the Stolen Imperium Armor, also Non-Tradable, at the next of the faction Tier, but not for rank 1. It should feel special and accomplished and not at the basic level of the faction.

I'm planning to collect the badges but if theres no nice stuff to collect in Rank 1, 2 and 3 i won't
