    Post Summer Mayhem Announcement

Mul mutants are engaging in strange rituals just after the detection of Eomon pheromone in the atmosphere. Tribe members from all three Mul species are taking part in the ritual dancing and brawling, which is believed to be a rite of passage as well as symbolizing the cyclic hunting of the Eomon. As Eomon pheromone levels continue to rise the mutants performing these rituals have become increasingly aggressive and are now launching raids on our settlements.

It is predicted that these raids will spread and intensify.

For the protection of the colony, it is imperative that we take the fight to the mutants and draw away these mindless attacks on the settlements

    Event Entrance
Instances for these divisions can be accessed via the Global Events List from any planet in Entropia Universe. Browse the event list for the entrance applicable to your profession level.

    Solo Annihilation
    A random number of points (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, or 5000) is automatically awarded after defeating one of the event instance mutants.

A 20-hour event timer automates tracking of time spent in the Annihilation instances. Each participantís final event score is automatically recorded once the 20-hour requirement is reached.

Interact with the Pile of Skulls inside the Annihilation event instance to begin spawning mutants and start the mission timer; the timer pauses automatically when leaving the instance.

The top ten highest scorers (most accumulated points) in each category win prizes.

    Prizes
Prizes in Summer Mayhem are awarded in the form of Mayhem Tokens, which can also be looted from event creatures in this and other Mayhem-style events. Mayhem Tokens can be exchanged for exclusive items via the Mayhem Token Trader, located in Cape Corinth, Port Atlantis and Twin Peaks.

Mayhem Tokens can be accumulated over the course of several events to purchase more expensive items, allowing participants to make incremental progress toward their desired rewards.

Mayhem Tokens are non-tradeable, but the items available for purchase in the Mayhem Token Vendor are tradable. Note that certain Mayhem Token Vendor items may also require special Placement Mayhem Tokens, awarded as event prizes, in order to be purchased.

    Practice Annihilation
There is also a new Practice Annihilation mode, which is not part of the competition. This mode allows teams of up to 4 players to enter and has no skill requirement restrictions. Players can also enter without a team. This will allow hunters to try out different categories and hunt for Mayhem tokens and Summer Strongboxes at their leisure. The creatures in Practice Annihilation are Shared.

Better than nothing but I'd prefer it if you were alone, whole point of an instance is that you get to play solo.

edit: or can u start a team and be solo, like in the neomex caves?

You don't even need to make the team, you can just go in solo.

sometimes you get thrown into instances with other people randomly, but yeah you can guarantee them to be solo instances by making a team, joining, and then disbanding

Yes, but this is real solo. Only thing, as with all shared, globals will show up as "shared loot"

If in Solo Annihilation are the same Mobs as in Practice Annihilation i would say it's again a big Fail of MA.
Why to Hell is a 4 Ped mob in Cat 10 i can kill easy with a t5 Gleamer b4 it reachs me?
While i have to Fap like crazy if using a t 10 pistol?!?

Why not learning by Fail's MA?!?
Make in Cat 10 50 ped mobs and problem is solved...no advantage for 100m+ rifles!!! like terminator or CDF 1k

2nd Fail.... Aiming on range and every shoot is a Hit, Aiming in close Combat is horrible, each 4th shoot is wasted

Absolute Amateurs if not testing such things by themself

I expect the actual instance in cat10 mobs should have at least 15k hp and hit atleast 250/hit and the boss to be actual challenge.I am thinking people purchase high end faps and armors for a reason too right? Also i like to believe hp and evade play a role in your game?
