If by chance you weren't aware , there is not a player usable field chip available in the game , only a MindArk chip available to planet partners and other staff.
If you are aware , then the field chip L is a fairly common auction item.

Bones is correct, UL field chips are for MA officials only, eg Arkadia Oratan event. I do have an (L) field chip I would sell. I am not at my gaming PC atm, I will be later, FR me - Charlie Moondog 1969
