By adding Tier enhancers you increase the rate at which the item reaches the next tier level.
 
Good idea :))

but first should they investigate the tiering numbers correlating to the tier time an item needs/has ( they promised to check that and re-arrange it)

then adding add tier speed enhancers..ye..sounds good ...
 
Tear Enhancers, enhancers that purposely make loot worse to increase the amount of tears :cry:
