Returning Player - recovering MY EL account when old email is defunct

Does anyone have a clue who to write to in regard to regaining access to my Entropia Life account. The EL account was registered with a now defunct email address. Registering a new account is no good because my avatar name is tied to the original account.

There are no admin links on the EL site and no apparent way to solve this problem.
