Help: User Generated Content - Screens are broken

All the (UGC) screens seemed to be bugged since one of the recent updates during the holiday season. I noticed all the uploaded images are blanked out, and they are not cheap to upload. Only the text remain on the screen, with a grayed out background . Is there anyone else experiencing this?

Yep. Every graphic update screws it up...

A while after that there was the vu where all pc got turned upside down...

I think eventually they'll get it worked out but not any time immediate.

I'm not surprised, but still not happy. I hope it gets fixed very soon

Same for me I got a bunch of them in my shop . None are working just a grey screen.

Yea, the ads on the ad screens were messed up too.
All of the backgrounds defaulted to white …
(that killed my running ads)

The only thing that works now is none for the background
and that give you a black background ...
At least you can still change fonts and colors on the text.
