It'll be whatever Auktuma sells it for, because afaik, he's the only one who has the Blueprints to make it, and he hasn't made any for years so prices will be pretty high now due to scarcity...
Last I checked it was around tt+2600-2800 for the set. Honestly, Phantom is pretty good too, the one at my shop is a bit cheaper than his.

I bought one of the male sets of ghoul from auktuma and I will tell you that the MU was not as high as you might think. I paid +2900 for a full set. By comparison I bought a t2 set about 2 years ago for +4k (wish I had kept that). Food for thought.
