Excellent shop for someone that is trying to buy a cheap entry lvl shop. And with a good location close to tp and with some advertising you can really have a great shop. Also what is excellent with this Shop is that you dont Pay any extra fees to Mall owner, the only fee is applyed to the buyer and not the shop owner.
