Some pets cannot cross borders in some areas in game in towns, etc. If you spawn another pet or de-spawn pet and respawn it it makes a visual clone... keep doing it an you get a multitude of clones... Kind of looks a bit like a cluster after a while. I've been told other avatars can see the pet, but not sure if it impacts them as far as causing doors to be blocked, etc. In theory if it does block access to locations could be potentially bait for some weird glitch exploit in certain types of events, etc. Imagining things like fort events where other team cannot get by since pet army is blocking path, or mobs cannot get someplace in town invasion due to blocking path, etc.

Suspect it's something to do with way back buffer is used on coding/programming end of things... you can cause similar glitch with items in estates if you spawn item in estate, use the place command on item it's sitting on and then use televator to to another floor and come back up, etc. That glitch has been in place since place command was introduced.

Makes it fun to decorate with the 'hang in air' trick by allowing you to hover items in the air when the clone is acting as the shelf, but it's just plain silly that something like this keeps going unnoticed or ignored by devs for years. From estate side, it's no problem imho, just mentioning it since I think it's along same sort of faulty programming area that's causing it to happen with pets too?
