Anyone know how to contact support if support case is not getting any answer. Last reply from support was on 27 Dec 2019.

Well there's live support on the account page (and also on Discord I think?)

Also, you could just put in a new support case, that's usually what people do

2nd support case was created on 12 Feb. No reply on that either.
 
Remake your support case under financial thing, you will get a fast reaction :)

Both cases are in Account & Fund Transfer already.

i one waited 1.8 years on a reply to a support case so id say there is still time :D

I have experienced almost always same day answer from support to a new ticket, or next work day when i created one at weekend.
2nd-3rd etc answer for the same case usually took more, but still 1-3 days.
So EU have the best support i ever experienced.

When i was bored on my workplace, i have read tons of old topic's, and most of the "no answer from support" topic's were about shady things peoples did, however we cant be sure ofc, as we dont know what was in that ticket.

I think if they wanted to, or able to answer your ticket, it would be answered already.

Anyway, good luck to solve it.

I don't think support would appreciate making the unsolved case public.
