Anyone know how to contact support if support case is not getting any answer. Last reply from support was on 27 Dec 2019.

Well there's live support on the account page (and also on Discord I think?)
Also, you could just put in a new support case, that's usually what people do
Remake your support case under financial thing, you will get a fast reaction
When i was bored on my workplace, i have read tons of old topic's, and most of the "no answer from support" topic's were about shady things peoples did,
I think if they wanted to, or able to answer your ticket, it would be answered already.
Anyway, good luck to solve it.
however we cant be sure ofc, as we dont know what was in that ticket.
