I asked around for where I could find the pills for Medusa or Lahar with no luck, do you know?

The pills are created in the mission starting at Fort Lahar.
You collect certain loots and turn them in to the NPC , which will trade you for the pill.

The calamusoids drop:

[Calamusoid Skull]
[Calamusoid Acid Discharge]
[Calamusoid Bone]
[Calamusoid Blubber]

Either you bring them to the scientist NPC in Ft. Lahar, who converts them for you into pills, or you just refine them yourself.
Take one of each to refine them into one pill.
