Update on Songkra Valley.

I have the SB and offer on the LA. Its on 200k and the buyer wants a bit of time.
The one making the offer is a person that i trust to complete the deal.
That is why all bidding is closed on it.

We agreed on all offers below a BO on 235k will not claim it.

So if you want Songkra you will have to place a BO on it atm.
 
Isle of Lost Avatars and Twin Peaks Mall has offers on them.

The buyer will have the week to get the funds in order :)
Those are atm not open for offers for a week.

Really hope that my business deal with my friend comes thru now.
I bought these as a investment that i was hoping to see coming. Both are nice and can be used to get good results from.

Nope.

He had a few things that needed to get thru and they never did.

So it is back up again.

Changed the BO.

More fair BO to the income from the areas now.
 
Hey, been about 2 weeks since there was a bid on TP mall with no update. Still for sale? :cool:

I'm interested, but tentative (would need to look harder at logistics and income history).

Both the LA on RT and the mall is for sala again.

The seller backed due to banking problems.
 
Bumping this.

Been getting a few offers but kinda after peds only.
 
Ok.

The last sale did not make me end up with peds for the investment im aiming for IRL.

So done thinking about what i need to do.

It may be wiser to start a new thread with this new LA your selling. I don't think this was in the original list of LA's for sale.
