After months and numerous attempts to buy from the webstore , I finally caved and just decided to buy peds instead and take the DIBS hit. Its not the 3.5 dollars per 100 that is bothers me , its the issue I can't just buy ammo using paypal or just a credit card like I have for the past years.

So I used my card , successfully bought 965 peds , 35 peds donation to DIBS (bastard).

Needless to say its 12 a.m. in Sweden , during a Pandemic lockdown.

Support case submitted , website support submitted as well and my apologies to Bill (website support) for my rudeness.

Had that happen too.

Apparently, as I was informed by support, it is an automated lock when you use a card from a different country than the one recorded previously, guess in your case it was due to the change from paypal to dibs.

Hugely upsetting when it happens, but they will unlock you the moment they read your support case.
