From Item Description: This chip provides the effect Divine Intervention, it has 70% chance to save you from an otherwise fatal blow.
Supplimental: This chip isn't really a "heal" chip in the traditional sense it simply applies the Divine Intervention buff to your avatar for 60 minutes. During that time if you get hit for more than your availalbe HP there is a 70% chance that this will heal you instantly for 50 hp at that moment possibly preventing you from dying.
