Help: ingame resolution and windowed resolution

Well after last update my game broke so i had to re-install it on my laptop but then this problem started.Before i would play the game in windowed mode with high resolution no problem to alt-enter to full screen or anything,..so i don't know was it posible to change resolution in windowed mode before? now i'm locked on some half ass res and it's bothering my gameplay because all the icons and stuff take up my screen even in full screen when i put it on 1920x1080 it still goes back to some custom res.Did anyone had problem like this i will download EU on my PC to check it there but it was working before the update.
