How do you upgrade Angel to adjusted

I've been gone quite a while and a LOT has changed. I am wondering, how do you upgrade Angel to Adjusted?

I know you have to use the refiner lol, I am curious what all is required? I can't seem to find much info on this.

You collect the following for each part:

1x Angel armor part (you will lose all tiers)
1x Ghost (L) armor part (must be full TT)
40x Generic Nano Adjuster
5x Hardening Nano Adjuster A03
30x Enhanced Talytic Converters


And go talk to Liaison Atwell at Fort Ithaca.
