I have no real use for the PED on me untill i can make any new investments.
So opening this up for another type of investment.
You can reserve shares. You will get share payout from the week you make the reservation.
But you will not be able to collect that untill we make the trade.
If i get a reserved amount needed to make a investment then ill let you know and you have one week to "hand over" the PED so i can make the investment needed.
Seeing i offer a full return before i make the first investment its two ways of doing the same thing.
Trading over the PED is up to you.
No trade = No ROI claim.
It will be stacked up untill the trade is done. So you will get ROI even on the reservation.
So opening this up for another type of investment.

Been getting a few questions about the investment options and the plan of it all.
I have updated on my thoughts about it all.
But my thoughts are allways open to be voted against by possible investors
Investment goals:
Expand with more investments!
First:
Mining LA or small mob LA with no additional shares to be sold. The investment will be a ROI boost to investors.
50/50 split on the income from this investment half to investors and half to me.
Size: 100k - 140k
After that:
If another mining LA opens up at a decent price this option is something that we can go for again.
Other than that this investment is going to be a LA with a mob that is attractive placed on Calypso.
Size: 100k - 300k
Options:
If investment capital are spend on improvments on current land areas, TP, Service center and so on. Then no shares are added.
Those investments are something that the investors themselves are going to have to decide.
The end size of this is going to be aimed at 500k.
Main investments are to make the initial investors recive a stronger ROI.
