Info: What BLP Rifle - or maybe something else?

Hi Guys n Gals

Back and playing after a long break and not up on what the new gear is.

When I stopped earlier in 2012 I had a Starkhov AS147 - and have bought a Gravis GBR 30 - a near equivalent for modern times.
I also use the daily token trader higher DPS stuff like CB27 etc etc

But, I am after some more non (L) oomph. More un (L) DPS.

Is there anything about for 3-6k peds worth aspiring to?
Maybe even change to Handgun or Laser??
Open to thoughts from you people that know a lot more than I

My skills are
BLP Sniper Hit - 72
Ranged BLP DMG - 64
Laser Sniper - 69
Ranged Laser DMG - 60

For that price range I would say some blades/maces. I recently bought a mace mk3 using an m-matrix (life steal attach) and I can tell you that I'm hunting bigger and way more comfortable than before. If you have the skills try that route but chose something with a decent high TT, so you don't need to repair it every 10min. GL!

Yes thats true. I'm on same situation but only half of a level from KS... The other route is to spent 4/5 times more in gear to hunt the same things.
