At long last I'm pleased to have unlocked this one:

Been skilling on allsorts to unlock it but went East of Argus to skill on a few snabes when it unlocked. Of the four skill I've unlocked they've all been unlocked in this area and as I spawned at Argus it was nice to unlock this one on home ground again
