Thought it would be cosy with a little Xmas-poll on this matter...

Well since the owners will have the ability to place the shops up for sale as they see fit, the poll really doesnt make since....

Kind of like CND and Neverdie, he put the apartments up for sale slowely so that he could keep the demand up.

If I had to guess based on all the deeds going up for sale at the same time, I would say Twin Peaks, based on the fact that its a higher end area for trading.
