It's like an unlocked skill (you can "hear" what dead people say). You unlock it when you first succesfully use a resurrection chip.
 
Well done, it's a lot of skilling to get there! :wise: I'm trying to get there myself now.

When a person dies, you only see oo00oo000oo0o0o0oo00o when they type stuff.

When you unlock Ethereal Soul Language, you will see what they type correctly.
 
I always thoughts the OoooOOOOooOOoOOOooOOooooo was a standard thing, I had no idea...

I am such a noob!
