I am afraid it is a very common drop Naomi. Looks kinda 'rare' but isn't.

Rextellum, I have a few of them as well, I believe someone said they are used for access to middle island quest. Believe you need 20 for the attempt. You can start this quest after you finished the first sets of them around Jameson's reach

Also wrong. What you collect for those missions are not actual items.
