As the title says, I'm selling an Estate with a nice house. It's locaed at the far north of Calypso, near the beach and has a nice fishing pond nearby.

The house has a hallway which leads to a kitchen and L-shaped living room(which can be made in to 2 seperate rooms with a shoi). The house can hold 280 items inside and 16 outside.

It's about 50 second drive/fly from the Rouge plains East TP.

The furniture is for sale too and I can make a nice deal on that if you buy all (except the dressed mannequins). Just let me know if you're interested.

My aim is to trade the estate for 3 CLD's. So that would be the price.

I was looking at the house a few weeks ago, it seems when you are looking at it from the outside there are visual bugs. Am I correct? Looks like you can see the sky through the windows?

Sorry for the late reaction Incoil. Dunno how but somehow I missed this post.

You might be correct about the windows. Sometimes they give a wrong image. It depends on the angle from which you are looking.


Btw, the interior is updated. Just step in if you have the time and have a look. The livingroom has been increased in size by making the kitchen in the L of the living. The bedroom is now placed where the kitchen was. The bedroom is still under construction though.

Or the a ped amount that can buy you 3 i guess?.

If just estate had some more usefullness in EU than it have right now. It would be more tempting :).

No, not the peds, I just want 3 CLD's. And if you have to cash, just pick pick up the deeds.

But you might want to wait of you're interested because I have the house reserved atm. I have an interested party and I'm now waiting for the transfer.


About usefulness, just check the interior. It's just what you like in the game. Personally I like to collect stuff and to decorate. To have a place to display your trophies. And for that, better get an estate then a apartment, since estates don't have monthly fees. The use is to color this game. Add spices to the flavor.

The same a bit about clothes, what's the use about that? They have no "effective" use either. They just color the game.


But I shouldn't talk about it to much anymore, because I'm starting to regret selling it already.
 
while it is true there is not a 'lot' of usefulness of estates, they do serve purposes... You can put up signs that have almost infinite amount of ad storage potential, put up shopkeepers converting a house in to a shop, etc. Location here may not be the best in the west, but it might be the best in the North, at least for folks that hunt in this area?
