Just added the Vistas of Arkadia video, apologies for the darkness of most of it, it wasn't that dark when I was filming but it seems some Gamma was lost in the translation to video!

They rest on the shoulders of giants and have no clue. Well me being a C64 kid already scoffed at my father's first pocket calculator, a 1971 build he proudly showed me at a visit to his workplace and three of which would have bought a car at the time. They flew to the moon with these things, and I couldn't be impressed. Guess it's all repeating.

My grandfather owned a vic-20, I remember the endless print-out of go codes to create a game, that in the end, I couldn't be less interested in (I was so into Transformers that even computers games were just not 'a thing' for me!)

Thanks for sharing your videos

I use Fraps but my PC isn't really for gaming and, as much as I'd like to, I can't push it past 'medium' graphics setting. What hardware/software do you use?

Was thinking about doing voice over and 'video in screen' too but no idea how to start doing that.

Hey, no problem.

I'm currently using the Loilo Game Recorder : http://loilo.tv/gb/product/game_recorder.

I found it to be quite good at scaling down the quality (and thus saving disc space) but unfortunately, it does have a tendency to crash things it finds that have a direct draw surface on them (it can crash EU and also Movie Maker!)

I know SausageFingers said he was using Fraps and he also has his face on screen too, so whether that is a fraps function or not I have no idea, I tended to steer away from fraps due to the file sizes it creates.
