We all know that 'all trades are final' yadda, yadda yadda...
and we all know that tons of folks are doing crazy 'rental services.'...
so uhm... everything listed here is 'at your own risk'...
(i.e. trust based (with collateral)...)

This is essentially a rental service for unlimited items, blueprints, pets with passives unlocked, etc.
The big difference here between this and other services is that the rentals are ONLY being done with Arkadia Underground Deeds (or Arkadia Moon Deeds when they are available?) as the collateral, and the length of the 'loan' is at minimum until the AUDs pay out at least once. The daily ROI on the Arkadia Underground Deed (or Ark moon deed) is the only payment needed. That's it. No additional payment is due. After the rental service we just swap your AUD back for my UL item(s).
The list of what UL items and Deeds I have is a bit small, but it's going to grow over time...
'RULES'
TT Value must be restored
TT value of the UL Item will be recorded with screen print and possibly forum posting at time of loan. The 'trade back' will likely only happen if the TT value of the traded item is equal to or more than the TT value at the time that the rental began. I won't 'pay' the difference between what the TT value was and what it is at the end of the loan time, so if you repair the item plan on burning the tt value down to close to what it was. In most cases I'm not going to be in a super hurry to get the item back, so feel free to take a few days to deposit for repairs or to burn off some tt value if you need to. I don't intend for this to be any type of scam, so want the TT value you are returning me as close to possible as to what it was originally so that the only 'real' rental fee is the aud daily roi for however long I hold your aud.
Don't Tier it up
Please don't 'tier up' items during the loan period. If you get it to .9, 1.9, 2.9 or whatever just keep using it at that level til the loan is over. I will probably tier it up after the loan is over even if it's a bit costly from time to time.
Don't sell off rented items
This should be a no-brainer but just putting it here in the rules in case it's not apparent enough...This is a rental service. I want my item back when you are done with it and am holding the agreed upon auds as collateral.
You pay any travel costs you have to incur
I do sometimes move around from planet to planet, but most of the time I stay on one planet at a time for lengthy periods of time to do missions, etc. If you rent something from me and go to another planet, when we go to trade the item back you'll need to be on the same planet I'm on. I'm not paying to have you come back to the planet I'm on. You'll have to find a ride or drive yourself to where I am OR wait a few days (or possibly weeks?) til I can make it to the planet you are on so we can do the trade back.
How many AUDs?
The cost in AUDs for the collateral will vary a bit depending on how well I know you, how well I trust you, and what exactly the market value is of the item in question. In general the AUD collateral will be around 150% of whatever the highest market value range is in market history screens... minimum being 1 aud... (I'll basically be valuing the collateral value of the AUDs at 50 ped a pop since that was the base price for em even though they are worth more now according to auction history)...so if markup is lower than 50 ped then 1 aud is the collateral value... if it's more than that we can discuss the evaluation a bit before we do the deal.
More groovy psychedelic details on what exactly is available will be added later.
