Rowe's Entropia Investment Fund (REIF)

Hi, my name is in real life Austin Rowe and in-game Austin tobeyrowe Rowe. I am establishing an investment fund in Entropia Universe known as Rowe's Entropia Investment Fund or REIF. This investment fund will pool everyones money together to purchase different investments including but not limited to land deeds, CLDs, and bank shares. I will be the manager of the fund but because it is your money that will be used to make this investment fund possible there will be the ability for everyone who has invested funds into the REIF to vote on whether or not I should invest in certain things and also whether or not to devest in something. I will have the control over the funds to invest in something but if its a high risk or high stake investment then I will take it to the investors and give everyone a certain period of time to vote and at the end of the voting the decision will be made whether or not for me to make the move to invest in the investment. This is a new investment fund so I do not have any statistics to show you of the funds success because there hasnt been any success in the fund yet but there also hasnt been failure since its brand new. But once you all start to invest and investments are purchased using the funds then I will post out to the public using Google Docs spreadsheets all of the REIF's holdings, investors, cash balance, total value of investments, and the amount each investor has in the fund. Also investors may invest as much as they would like as many times as they would like and dividends will be paid out each month. Also the fund manager (me) will recieve 25% of the profits earned through the investments. So if no money is made then I dont get paid and if money is made then I get paid the 25% of the profits and the other 75% is split out to all the investors according to how much each investor has in the fund.
