Ever since VU 8.8 we can all see our level in each profession. This feature allows us to add a competition element to the taming world. With your help I'm putting together this all time hall of fame to give the hard skilling Animal Tamers and Pet Handlers of the Entropia Universe some credit for their hard work and endurance.

The following rules apply:

#1: Only screenshots in this thread will be used in the all time hall of fame;
#2: The poster can only post his own screenshots (unlimited over time);
#3: Only full levels of each profession will be taken into account;
#4: In case of equal levels the first poster gets the highest rank;
#5: The screenshot must contain the avatar name of the poster.

More rules may be added over time to avoid abuse or manipulation.

Feel free to post comments or suggestions!

U can put Kombinator on 1 in both as he got lvl 50 taming

Posting your screenshots now will get you in the top 10 of both professions! I have level 13 on both (close to 14 now), but I'll wait untill the other highly skilled tamers have posted their screenshots. Don't want to put myself on top of the list as there are far more skilled Animal Tamers and Pet Handlers around.

hehe, I don't even skill it :p Got 600 Whip or thereabouts. :rofl:

I should go and do some sometime, seeing as I have a whip n'all.

Behold my uberness. :laugh:

I have no Animal Lore anymore but as you can imagine the levels weren't all that much higher before. :D

Now someone who actually tames these days post...

I think i might start a HOF thread of my own for everyone who actually wore out an entire Viper (L) without maxed stats on it. It's the slowest and lowest damage weapon in game -- now that is an exercise in patience.

I think Miggo is #2. As for pets 5 for now, I think 6 is coming very soon.

I didn't want to steal the thunder from Miggo and Komby, I waited until someone deserving took the top spot. Here are my stats. (And a shot of my little friend) Hope I'm still in the top 10 when everyone weighs in! :)

BTW, in reviewing the transcript of chat came across this QA:

RobVee: When can we expect the taming system to be updated?
Frank_MindArk: I would be very happy if we got a document written for the development of the taming system this year.

So the way I read it is that best case scenario they will have a document written by year end and expand taming in 2008 at the earliest...

No idea why it would take that long...but...it is what it is.

Is this what people are getting from this as well?

Miggo: scanning skills do not affect taming, just another area I wanted to get a head start on
